With the purchase of the package RAL C1 DIGITAL 4.0 the user purchases the right to all software components from RAL C1 DIGITAL, as well as the right to install the colour palettes installer program on the registered number of computers (CPU), and with the help of the installation program, to install and use the contained colour palette files on the registered number of computers.

An ulterior or further use, such as e.g....

the passing on of materials or files from the base package, the installation software, single colour palette files or of colour information (colour values) to other parties
the installation and/ or the use of the software on more than the registered number of computers
the installation of colour palette files without installation programs, or as the case may be, installation routines
the disassembly, modification, or further use or the decryption of underlying algorithms or information of the software
the integration of information from RAL C1 DIGITAL into other software

... must be forbidden. Deviations from this results in loss of user rights and claims for damages on the part of RAL and the manufacturers.

Liability and Guarantee

Despite careful measurement and manufacture of the colour quality, numerous inspections, and careful testing, it cannot be ruled out that mistakes, which may only appear under certain conditions, may be found in the previously mentioned software. Defects of the software that impair its efficiency grant the customer the right to have these defects repaired. Should these repairs be unsuccessful after two attempts, the customer has the right to a refund for the bill of sale. A further warranty from the manufacturer for reparations is excluded. Defects in the display of colours which occur as a result of user initiated operations are not covered by this warranty.

The representation of the RAL colours occurs with approval of the RAL German Insitute for Quality Assurance and Certification e.V., D-53757 Sankt Augustin.

The aforementioned software, its method of assembly, and all its contained information and various accompanying materials are protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Germany.

No part of the software, the information contained therein, the accompanying materials, the graphically illustrated elements, or other elements otherwise related to the product may be copied, altered, or distributed, whether by mechanical, electronic, or any other means, without the express written consent of the copyright holder.
