First try – then buy: the full version conversion

Initially, the SETUP installs the demo mode. This demo is limited to neither a time frame nor functionality, all of the program supports and device variations are also available, only the number of available RAL-colours is limited to 20% of the colour tones.

The registration converts your demo version to the full version including all RAL colours and colour palettes. For the registration you need a license code which can be requested from RAL or the software manufacturer. The button "Registration" was included for this purpose.

 

The „Registration“ window

The Registration window offers you three different possibilities to acquire the license code:

Full version conversion by phone If you call us you won’t be served by a computer system. Our co-workers are directly on the phone and lead you quickly through the full version conversion. Full version conversion by fax Send the filled in fax form to the indicated number. In a little while you will receive your license code. Full version conversion by internet Fill in the form and press „Submit“. You will receive the license code and name for the full version conversion either by E-Mail, fax or phone. Enter these into the window „Registration“ (see on the right). After a restart the program will run in the full version.

The "PC Fingerprint"

The "PC Fingerprint" flows into the computation that ascertains the serial number out of the computers hardware. It does not contain relevant information of your system but just serves the purpose of insuring the uniqueness of your license code. This fingerprint is relatively non-sensitive to changes to the hardware equipment. As such switching out the operating system or installation of a new graphic card will have no affect. On the other hand if the hardware is changed in large porportions (e.g. a new System-hard disk drive), then the full version must be activated again.

This will be done through backup codes free of cost and unlimited.

New and regular customers

New customers will receive the license code after ordering the software package. Information about variants and prices can be found here. The package will be sent off as soon as possible via post/DHL.
Regular customers can expand their licenses (Additional user licenses cost 25% of the first user license) or can request a free of charge replacement code (after a computer change or Hardware modifications).
